  If I could give it a minus 1 I really would, I left my baby’s car seat and my suit case with medication in the boot rang them up straight away and was told it would be dropped off, guy came to the door 4 hrs later demanding money or I wasn’t having my stuff then when we went to pay drove off with my stuff, tried to find the place after we were told to collect it couldn’t find it, then the women was vile over the phone so police were called, they then arranged for me to go collect the stuff and pay them £10 got there after searching a while (they are next to bookers whole sale no signs or nothing just a little building in a yard) they then threw my stuff inside and demanded money before even letting me see my property wasn’t damaged.. the women then got in my face shouting and locked herself in the office. She called the police to say we threatened her and to smash her place up even though it was all on record and the police officers saw that, she then finally gave my stuff back 7 hours later, got back to find out it was damaged! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

  Appalling service. Called to ask where taxi was when 15 minutes late and told it should be there, although it obviously wasn't. Called again and the lady was rude and hung up on my partner. We called back and she blamed this on phone line problems! When taxi did arrive the driver was in no fit state to drive, and no way was I putting my children in a taxi with him. Told him to leave. Avoid this taxi company.
